Affec is committed to giving you creative control over your photos while protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is handled when you use the Affec app and its AI-powered features.By using Affec, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
Who Can Use Affec
Affec is intended for users aged 17 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If we become aware that data from an underage user has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
· Images for AI Processing
Photos you voluntarily upload to use AI-powered makeup or visual style transformation features. These images may include faces or appearance-related information, as they are standard user photos.
· Account Information
When you sign in, we automatically create a free account to provide access to app features. No separate registration is required..
· Technical Information
Device type, operating system, app version, and similar technical data used to maintain app stability and compatibility.
· Usage Information
Aggregated and anonymized data such as feature usage statistics, performance metrics, and crash logs, collected solely to improve the app.
Affec uses artificial intelligence to generate visual makeup and style transformations based on images you choose to upload. The handling of these images follows strict purpose and access limitations:
· Images and Facial Content:
Uploaded images may include facial or appearance-related information. Affec does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or any processing intended to identify a person. Facial features are not extracted, indexed, analyzed, or used as biometric identifiers. They are treated as part of the image as a whole to generate visual results.
· Processing Environment:
All image processing occurs internally within a secure system, solely for generating the requested visual output.
· Purpose Limitation:
Images are processed only to create the requested makeup or visual style transformation. They are not used for identity verification, advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.
· Temporary Data Handling:
Any transient data used during processing is automatically deleted immediately after the output is generated.
· No Third-Party Sharing or Use:
No user images or processing data are sent to, shared with, or accessed by any third parties.
· No Model Training:
User images and generated outputs are not used to train, improve, or fine-tune AI models beyond producing the specific transformation requested.
· Processing Retention
Uploaded images and transient processing data exist only for the duration required to complete the AI generation task. Once the requested result is generated, all image data is immediately deleted from the processing environment.
· User History and Control
Original images and generated results may appear in the user’s in-app history solely for user convenience. Users can view, download, or manage this content at any time. Once a user deletes any image or result, it is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Affec uses collected information solely to:
· Provide AI-powered image transformation features
· Display and manage your in-app image history
· Maintain app functionality, security, and performance
· Respond to user inquiries and support requests
Affec does not sell personal data and does not use user content for advertising purposes.
By voluntarily uploading images and using Affec’s AI generation features, you acknowledge and consent to processing within the secure internal environment, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

• Delete your content permanently at any time.
